Yoga is a fantastic way to keep the body limber as well as a superb stress reliever. Even if you’ve never done yoga, you can still participate as the event is open to participants of all experience levels. If Coconut Grove is too far away, Bayfront Park will also be hosting a free yoga class on Wednesday in the Southeast Financial Center Plaza beginning at 6:15 pm.
