CÎROC French Vanilla is a rich tasting spirit made with vodka distilled five times from fine French grapes. .5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Lemon Zest
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Glassware: Martini Glass
French Vanilla Iced Coffee
1.5 oz CÎROC French Vanilla
3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Baileys Almande
Glassware: Collins
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over a rocks glass filled with ice.
Note: To make simple syrup, bring sugar and water to a boil at a ratio of 2 to 1. For example, dissolve 1 cup of sugar into 1/2 cup of water.

.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Prosecco

Method: Combine CÎROC French Vanilla, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake staring into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco ands serve.

4 oz Ginger Ale
Garnish: Vanilla Bean

Method: Build CÎROC French Vanilla and Ginger Ale in a rocks glass over ice. Stir and serve.
